Coffee Break

This is a fun time for coffee, friends and fellowship on the 2nd Friday of the month at 9 AM.  Check Coffee Break on Facebook for when and where.


Ladies’ Luncheon

First Thursday of the month at 12:00 in gym. Cost is $4. Reservation is required. Contact: [email protected]


Game Night

This is a periodic event in the Fellowship Hall from 6:30 to 8:30 with different people in charge of picking and directing the games. Everyone just brings a snack and we provide childcare.  Watch for details in an email update or on Facebook BSBC Women’s Ministry page.


Orchard Christmas Crafts

Oct. 10thfrom 6-10 PM in various homes. Choices will be making bread and apple butter, decoupage napkins on a cross, jewelry making, sewing a microwave cozy at one home and sewing an apron at another. Sign-up will begin on Oct. 1st  after the church service, on Facebook or on the BSBC Calendar page. Childcare will be at the church. Watch for an email or on Facebook.


Ladies’ Quilt Ministry

Meets on Tuesday mornings at 10:00 at the church.


Bread Ministry

Not currently functioning. We would love to see this ministry begin again. Volunteers are needed to bake bread and deliver to first time visitors.

Becoming a Woman of Purpose

This topical Bible study by Navigator author and Bible teacher Cynthia Heald will guide you to a better understanding of your identity, God’s will, and His intended purpose for you as His unique creation. In the Fellowship Hall on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM.


The Life You’ve Always Wanted  by John Ortberg.

Do you desire the kind of life transformation that only God can give that touches every aspect of your life?  Are you frustrated and don’t know how to make it happen? Upstairs in the Family Life Center on Wednesday evenings and in the Fellowship Hall at 10:00 Am on Thursday mornings.



This team prepares for church fellowships, funerals and other events.


Redeeming the Time  Retreat at Tulakogee Conference Center

Nov. 3-4. Cost is $65 and includes 3 meals.   Or go to the CCB web-site and click on the event on Nov. 3rd and just sign-up! You can pay the day of the retreat.


BGCO Women’s Retreat

April 20-21 at Falls Creek. “Home!” Save the date!


BGCO State Evangelism Conference

 Jan. 29th & 30th at Southern Hills, OKC. Women’s Session is at 9:00 on Jan. 30th.


Apples of Gold

The primary purpose of Apples of Gold is for older women to nurture younger women in topical Bible studies, cooking demonstrations, sharing a meal and to encourage them in following the principles taught in Titus 2:3-5. The next session will begin in January 2018.



Ladies After Christ’s Example is a ministry to widow’s, single mothers & divorcees. The goal is to be an encouragement and provide fellowship and assistance. Isaiah 1:17. “Learn to do good; seek justice, rebuke the oppressor; defend the fatherless, plead for the widow.” Upcoming event:


Pumpkin Decorating

Party on Sunday, Oct. 15th from noon until 2:00. Lunch will be provided. The pumpkins will be used at the West Oak Trunk or Treat.


Foster Care

This group prepares bags for children who are going into foster care with clothing and toiletries. They need toiletries for the bags and help in preparing bags.  They also would like to organize Foster Family Nights



Meets on Monday night for girls and Tuesday night for boys at West Oak Baptist. They need bus chaperones, helpers and people to prepare meals.


Trunk or Treat at West Oak Baptist

Saturday, Oct 28th, 6-8 PM. They need candy and cakes and volunteers to decorate a trunk.


Refuge Christmas boxes

We have packed over 800 boxes in past years. More info in November for the dates in December. Donate items for the boxes at any time.


Hope Clinic

Meets on Thursday at West Oak Baptist.


Library Ministry

Help in the library on Sunday or Wednesday or help deliver books to homebound members.


Prayer Ministry

Come on Tuesday morning at 6:30 AM in the New Fellowship Hall. Or come to the prayer room anytime during the week to pray for concerns of church members and others.


Carrico’s Creative Corner

Pam Carrico does fiber arts for missions. If you are interested in having items such as hats, scarves, socks, etc. for mission trips, Refuge boxes or other ministries. Come learn to knit, crochet or donate yarn, or just order items from Pamela. Every Thursday evening and Sunday afternoon. Find her on Facebook!
