• Dany Daniel, Lead Pastor

We proclaim Him, admonishing every man and teaching every man with all wisdom, so that we may present every man complete in Christ. For this purpose also I labor, striving according to His power, which mightily works within me.

    Colossians 1:28-29

These verses from Paul to the church at Colossae capture Dany’s heart and mind in striving to fulfill the Great Commission. God loves all people, and then expects the local church to lead men and women who have trusted Christ as their Savior to actively make disciples of all nationalities.

Dany responded to the Lord’s calling to ministry while in high school. Rather than leaving for seminary after college, he sensed the Lord’s leading to be a high school agricultural science teacher, and it was nine great years of ministry opportunities to students and families. He began serving the local church full-time in 2008. He and his wife, Kimberly, are both graduates of Oklahoma State University. They have served as foster parents, and have adopted two of their four children.

  • Victor Houston, Worship Pastor

I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, wha tis good and acceptable and perfect.

    Romans 12:1-2

We are called to live our lives as living sacrifices of worship. Set apart for the good work that God prepared for us in advanced. This verse reminds Victor that everything we do in our lives should be done to glorify God.

Victor responded to God’s call to pursue full time ministry when he was in college. He has been blessed to lead worship across the country and around the world, garnering a heart for the global church as well as the local community. He uses music to lead the church in authentic worship of God, as revealed in His Word, and to shepherd the hearts of believers by singing songs that proclaim what is true about our Savior.

  • Rachel Clifton, Director of Ministry to Children and Families

Because of the Lord’s faithful love we do not perish, for his mercies never end. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness! I say, ‘The Lord is my portion, therefore I will put my hope in him.’

    Lamentations 3:22-24

A lover of music with a heart for ministry, Rachel accepted Christ and was baptized in 2020. While working as an elementary music teacher, she felt a deep calling to serve in a new way—helping children and families grow in their faith.

Rachel then attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, where she earned her Master of Arts in Christian Education. During her three years in Fort Worth, Rachel met her fiancé Giovanni.

Rachel joined the BSBC family in January 2025. She is passionate about creating a Christ-centered environment where children develop a love for Jesus, and families feel supported in their spiritual journey.

Rachel enjoys music, reading, drinking coffee, and doing anything crafty. She is grateful to be part of the BSBC family and excited to walk alongside the next generation as they grow in their faith.

  • Lori Crawford, Communications Director

But collect for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys, and where thieves don’t break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

    Matthew 6:20-21

A self professed chocoholic, at the age of 10, Lori turned to Jesus one summer on the back porch after realizing he was the only sure way to reach heaven. Thankfully, others invested in her spiritual growth, helping her to learn what a treasure following Jesus really is.

In college, Lori moved from Iowa to Bethany, OK, to attend Southern Nazarene University, where she studied mass communication, took thousands of photos and edited two yearbooks

Lori and her husband are the parents of six boys and lived overseas more than 20 years before relocating to Bartlesville in 2017.

  • Brooke Shepherd, Executive Administrative Assistant

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

    Philippians 4:6-7

Gaining peace in the “what ifs” of life is what draws Brooke to her life verses in Philippians 4, a reminder to give her worries to God.

In college, Brooke studied health and fitness, but has had a heart for ministry and missions from a young age. Serving BSBC brings her joy and she is honored to serve her Lord and his church.

She and her husband, Travis, keep up with three children. She enjoys good coffee, reading, cooking, meeting new people and an occasional fuzzy novelty writing instrument to keep the office on its toes.
